Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Offshore Sportsbooks at projectsensory.com. By reading our rankings, comparisons and reviews of new offshore sportsbooks, you agree to what follows. If any part of it doesn't sit right with you, the honest answer is not to use the site.
This page matters more than most legal boilerplate, because of what we cover. The sportsbooks listed here are licensed outside the United States — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and accept US players. They are not licensed or regulated by any US state gaming commission or board. That places them in a legal grey area for American bettors, and it means the player protections you'd get from a state-regulated online sportsbook do not apply. Read that section carefully before anything else.
Age statement: this site is intended only for people aged 21 or over. Some offshore sportsbooks set 18 as their minimum, but we publish for a 21+ audience and nothing here is aimed at anyone younger. If you are under 21, leave this site.
Responsible gambling: betting costs money and most bettors lose over time. It is not income and never a fix for financial pressure. If gambling is becoming a problem for you or someone close to you, call the national helpline on 1-800-GAMBLER or read our responsible gambling guidance. Offshore betting sites often lack the deposit limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion tools that regulated US operators are required to offer.
Who we are and what this site does
Best Offshore Sportsbooks is an independent comparison and review publisher. We do not take bets, hold customer funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or operate any sportsbook, racebook or casino. We are not an agent of any operator listed here, and we cannot intervene in a dispute between you and a sportsbook — we have no authority to release a withdrawal, reverse a graded wager or reinstate a closed account.
What we do is research offshore online sportsbooks that accept US players and publish what we find: odds and pricing, market coverage, bonus terms, banking options, payout speed and reliability, and reputation. More about our editorial setup is on our about page.
How we make money, and what that does and doesn't buy
We earn commission. When you click through to an offshore sportsbook from projectsensory.com and open an account, the operator may pay us a referral fee or a share of revenue. That is how the site is funded, and it costs you nothing extra.
What commercial relationships do not do is decide rankings or ratings. An operator cannot buy position, buy a higher score, or buy the removal of a criticism. We also review sportsbooks we have no commercial relationship with, and we keep negative findings in place on sportsbooks that do pay us. You should still treat any affiliate-funded comparison — ours included — as one input among several, not the final word.
Our review methodology in brief
Ratings on this site are editorial opinions expressed on a 10-point scale. They are not customer-review scores, not audited results, and not a prediction of how any individual account will be treated. We assess:
- Odds and pricing — moneyline, point spread and totals pricing across major leagues, and whether reduced juice is genuinely offered or only on selected markets.
- Market coverage — NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, soccer, golf, MMA, plus futures, prop bets, parlays, same-game parlays (SGP) and live / in-play betting.
- Bonuses — welcome bonuses, sign-up bonuses and reload bonuses read against their rollover, minimum odds and time limits.
- Banking and payout speed — cryptocurrency betting options, bank card deposits, bank wire, money transfer and voucher / player transfer, with stated fees, limits and timings.
- Reliability and reputation — track record of paying, KYC / verification practice, site security, customer support and the mobile or app experience.
Findings are researched and verified against operator disclosures and publicly available sources — we do not claim to have deposited, wagered or withdrawn funds ourselves. Where information is advertised by the sportsbook rather than independently confirmed, we say so. Time-sensitive details on this page were last checked on Sep 27, 2026. Offers and terms change without notice, and the operator's own terms always override anything published here.
Legal standing, eligibility and your own responsibility
Nothing on this site is legal advice. US sports betting law is set state by state. Some states license and regulate online sportsbooks through a state gaming commission or control board; others permit retail betting only; others prohibit online sports betting entirely. The offshore sportsbooks we cover hold licenses issued outside the US and are not authorized by any US state regulator, no matter how many American customers they accept. Accepting US players is not the same as being licensed to serve them.
Practical consequences you accept when you use this site:
- You are responsible for checking the law in your own state and confirming your own eligibility before opening an account or placing a wager.
- No US state protections apply to an offshore account — no segregated player funds, no state-backed dispute resolution, no guaranteed payout if an operator stops paying.
- An offshore sportsbook can delay a withdrawal, void a wager under its own house rules, request additional KYC documents, or close an account, and your recourse is limited to that operator's internal process and its offshore licensing body.
- Winnings may be taxable. Tax and legal points here are general information only — consult a qualified tax professional or attorney about your situation.
- You must not use this site if you are excluded from gambling, under 21, or accessing it from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
Bonus terms: what you agree to read before claiming
Every bonus figure we publish is an advertised headline from the operator, reproduced for comparison. It is not an entitlement, and it is never free money — a welcome bonus requires your own deposit and your own money at risk. Rollover (wagering requirements), minimum odds, maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active, time limits, excluded markets and excluded payment methods all apply and are set by the sportsbook, not by us. Some sportsbooks exclude crypto deposits from card-specific offers, or the reverse.
Always open the operator's bonus terms page and confirm the current conditions before depositing. Where our figures and the sportsbook's differ, theirs govern.

The listings you'll see, and the limits on each
Three examples of how we treat the sportsbooks on this site, so you know what our coverage is and isn't claiming.
Lucky Rebel — our top-rated newer name
Lucky Rebel sits at the top of our list at 10.0 because it pairs the largest headline package we cover for a newer sportsbook — 125% up to $1,250 plus a 50 FreeBet — with the kind of crypto-forward banking that access- and privacy-driven bettors look for. The offer is a matched deposit, so it requires your own money and carries rollover, minimum odds and a FreeBet expiry set by the operator; confirm those before you fund the account. The limitation is straightforward and important: as a newer offshore sportsbook it has a shorter public track record of paying than long-established rivals, and track record is the single hardest thing for a new name to demonstrate. Treat early deposits as small and test a withdrawal before scaling up.
Bovada — the long-running option
Bovada earns 9.8 on the strength of longevity and breadth rather than bonus size. Its 50% up to $250 welcome bonus is modest against the field, and rollover, eligible payment methods and a time limit apply. What it buys instead is a well-known name among US-facing offshore sportsbooks with wide coverage of NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL markets and an established payout reputation. Drawbacks: the bonus is small, and account restrictions and limits have long been a complaint among sharper bettors — if you're chasing high limits, this may not be your main account.
BetOnline — market depth and banking range
BetOnline also scores 9.8, and lands here for coverage depth: props, futures, same-game parlays and live betting across the major leagues, alongside a racebook and a broad banking menu spanning crypto, card and wire. The $250 in free bets is a free-bet structure, not a cash match — stake is typically not returned with winnings, and minimum odds and expiry apply, so read the terms rather than the headline. The limitation: banking breadth comes with a fee and minimum structure that varies sharply by method, and card deposits in particular can decline for US customers. Crypto is usually the more reliable route, with its own price-volatility risk.
Money, banking and what we can't promise
All amounts on this site are in US dollars unless stated. Deposits, withdrawals, fees, minimums, maximums and processing times are set by each sportsbook and can change at any time. Payment availability for American customers is not guaranteed — bank card deposits are frequently declined, and bank wire and money transfer can carry fees from both the operator and your bank. Crypto payouts are usually the fastest route offshore, but crypto value can move between request and receipt, and a transfer sent to the wrong address is unrecoverable. Where a sportsbook advertises a payout speed, that is its claim, not a tested result, and not a promise we make on its behalf.
Beyond sportsbooks: casino, racebook and other product lines
Most operators we cover run more than a sportsbook. The same account often opens onto a casino with slots, table games and live-dealer rooms, a racebook for horse racing, poker rooms and esports markets. These sit under separate terms, separate house rules and separate bonus rollover — a casino bonus almost never counts toward sports wagering, and wagering on casino games rarely clears a sports bonus. BetUS, for example, advertises its sports and casino welcome offers as separate components with their own conditions. Where we mention these adjacent products, our assessment is of the sportsbook unless we say otherwise.
Betting tips, content accuracy and your use of the site
Any previews, betting tips or analysis we publish are opinion. No pick is a lock, no strategy removes the house edge, and no outcome is guaranteed. Treat everything here as information for your own decision, never a recommendation to stake money you cannot afford to lose.
We work to keep listings accurate and date time-sensitive findings, but offers, odds, licensing details and payment options change frequently and sometimes without announcement. We give no warranty that content is complete or current, and we accept no liability for losses arising from reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Links to third-party sportsbooks are provided for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, terms or conduct.
Content on projectsensory.com — text, rankings and review structure — is ours and may not be republished or scraped without permission. You may not use the site for anything unlawful, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Changes, account tools and getting in touch
We may update these terms as the site, the market or the law changes. The current version is the one published here, with the update date shown at the top of the page. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
If a listing looks wrong, a bonus term has changed, or you want a correction, use our contact page. For help limiting or closing accounts and finding support, see account controls and support. We can't resolve disputes with operators, but accurate reader reports do change what we publish.
